Two Bell Catalyst 750 Bike locks (because were so cheap) which are very cost effective. Weight each is 3.5 lbs.

find any for sale online, but 10 years ago were less than $20 at Walmrt. The hydraulic (rebar) cutter retails from $40-$60.
