Up at 6:30. Clear blue sky with a 3-4 mph wind coming down the mountain. Temperature was 34 deg outside and 52 deg in the tent. After the sun hit the camp at 9:00 the wind died downand the air started warming up. Left the campsite at 10:00 for a day hike to the Ionian Basin and to climb Black Giant if there is time.
